Went for hubby's birthday. The place was nice and you could talk to each person at your table. You can eat in or on the outside. Best recommendation is to have a reservation since you never know how busy it will be at the casino. The food was good and the waitress was very nice she came back twice to check up on us. They got little candy dispensers where you can buy by the Pound. And a few things to purchase. I ordered the chicken Alfredo pasta is was very tasty, my hubby got their Sugar Factory Signature Burger and my daughter had a burger with Mac and cheese in it, my son in law to be got the colorful slider burgers all came with fries. Plenty of selections

First time at this place and it was an incredible experience. I do not recommend for anyone looking for a quiet space but more for a fun environment! Drinks are PHENOMENAL!! Our bartender Kristina was amazing and made our first time the best experience. We celebrated my fiancés birthday who is an introvert but she went out of her way to make his birthday special in his own way. Will recommend to anyone looking to celebrate or just looking for a fun experience!

The food was delicious and our server was great! 🍔🍟🍨 Throughout our visit a photographer was going around to each table asking to take your picture and then sell it to you for $25. She came to our table twice, even though we politely said ‘no thank you’ the first time. When you’re paying $200+ for a meal, you shouldn’t be pressured by a solicitor. Not a vibe.

Where do I even begin … we stayed @ the Seminole Hard Rock where we found the Sugar Factory! Thus beginning a fantastic time that was had by all. First off shout out to the GM Sean D. , who took care of us from the time we entered until we checked out of the Hard Rock. Sean found out that I had an obsession with ducks and collect them. Now if you’ve been inside this particular Sugar Factory you will see that their obsession with ducks matches mine so then their Chef Baker came thru as a human duck and joined our little party, that made our visit even more phenomenal. I can’t even put into words what a fantastic time that we had. Also, thank you to the bartender Shelley, who took care of us during the day and then Kristina when we came back that evening. A truly wonderful friendly kind giving staff and honestly made this trip complete. The food & drinks were also absolutely amazing, shout out to the kitchen and bartenders. Thanks again to Sean for being so hospitable, for being so giving and for taking care of us during the days that we were there at the beginning of April, you were truly fabulous and set the bar high for all Sugar Factory’s. Truly an unforgettable experience.

Amazing experience at Sugar Factory Tampa Bay! We tried their special St. Patrick’s menu and really enjoyed it. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was fun and vibrant. Everything was beautifully presented and made the experience feel even more special. Definitely a great spot for families, celebrations, or just a fun dining experience. Highly recommend and would love to come back!
